DAIRY PAY-OUTS
CAMBRIDGE ADVANCES.
FINAL BONUS PAID. In addition to the usual monthly advance for November supply, the Cambridge Dairy Company paid out on December 20 a final bonus on last season's supply, the total cheque paid out amounting to £31,415. Cheese 'suppliers received a payment on the basis of. 2d per lb for March and April; lid for May; and .3id for the whole season’s supply, making a total of JO.OOod per lb. for the season. The butter suppliers received lid per lb- for April; 2d for May; and ,268 d for the whole season’s supply, making a total payment of 9.2725 d per lb. for the season. ■ The advance for November supply is £21,270 vat the rate of Bid lb. for oheese and Gld lb. for butter. The advances for the season to date total £73,530. In November, 1933, £21,271 was distributed at tlie rate of 8d lb. for cheese and 7-id for butter.' The payout for that season over the same period was £55,185. BRUNTWOOD COMPANY. The Bruntwood Dairy Company is making an advance of 8d per lb. on 101,035 lbs. butterfat for November supply. For the same period of last year the advance was Sid lb. on 100,938 lbs. butterfat.
TE AROHA-THAMES VALLEY.
The Te Aroha-Thames Valley Cooperative Dairy Company, Ltd., made an advance payment on November supply this week of 7id per lb. butterfat to suppliers, as at the farm gate.
