The speoial roreoast by the Government Meteorologist ooverlng the WaikatoThames Valley Is as follows: Forecast: Moderate northeast winds, varying to southerly. Weather mainly fair to cloudy and sultry, but scattered rains and thunder likely. Seas moderate. General Inference: A slight depression was crossing the Dominion last night, but apparently there is no great rise of pressure behind it.
