FARMHAND INJURED. HAYMAKING MISHAP. A farmhand of Klhiklhl, Buddy W, McDonald (22) was admitted to the Waikato Hospital this after* noon suffering from injuries to o thigh. The injuries were received when a hay-making grab fell upon him. GREAT SOUTH ROAD. SECOND TENDER LET. A tender has been let for the permanent surfacing of the second section Hamilton-Ngaruawahi# portion of the Great South Road, comprising 4 miles 15 chains, The successful contractors are W. 8. Goosman .and Co., of Waltoa, Who were also successful ill securing the first section from the Hamilton side, a distance of 5 miles. FREE STATE. CITIZENSHIP BILL. DUBLIN, Pec. 18.
