Lady. Pomare returned to Wellington last evening after spending some weeks’ in Hamilton with her sister, Mrs 0. M. iMonckton. Mrs Warwick Nicoll, of Te Aroha, and Miss Ruth Souter, of Cambridge, left to-dav on a visit to Auckland. '# * * * Mrs W. A. Cumming, and Miss A. Mackersey, of Te Kuiti, are at the Hamilton Hotel. ,** * * Appreciation of the work of the assistant secretary of the Hamilton Schools Dental Clinics Committee, Miss M. Mitchell, was expressed at the bi-annual meeting of the committee last evening and a resolution on these lines was carried.
