ROTARY FORUM.
GATHERING AT ROTORUA. CONTINGENT FROM HAMILTON. Promising to be the largest gathering of its kind yet held in the Dominion, a Rotary forum will be conducted at Rotorua over the week-end. Over 40 representatives from Auckland and about 12 members from Hamilton, as well as visitors from the Hastings, Napier, Rotorua and Gisborne Clubs, will attend. Topics of moment in the present world conditions will be discussed, while recreation has also been arranged for the visitors. On Friday evening the first session will be under the charge of the Auckland Club, the main topic for discussion being the land Industry in relation to unemployment, with Mr W. J Iloldsworth leading the debate. The Hamilton Club is responsible for the programme on Saturday evening, Mr J. Treloar introducing the discussion, which is to centre around present-day youth. Among the various recreations that have been arranged a bogey handicap for UTe Proud Gup is to be played. Previously this trophy has been competed for by members of the Auckland Club, but this year entries are to be invited from ail members of the clubs present at the forum.
