W AIPA QOUNTY OOUNCIL, Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Waipa County Council held on Monday the 20th day of August 1934 the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on Monday the 17th day of September 1934 at 10 a.m. at the Council Chambers, Bank Street, Te Awamutu. Speolal Order, In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Counties Act 1920,” and on the petition of not less than one half of the ratepayers of the district hereinafter mentioned the Waipa County Council hereby by way of speoial order declares that, on and after the first day of October 1934 the portion of the County of Waipa hereinafter mentioned shall be a district for tho purpose of the construction of drainage works therein under the provisions of Section 168 of “The Counties Act 1920,” and shall be known as the Lake Cameron Special Drainage District. The said Lake Cameron Special Drainage District shall be and include: ALL THAT area in the County of Waipa bounded by a lino commencing at the South Eastern corner of Lot 2 on Deposited Plan No. 12792 of Allotment 165 and portion of Allotments 164, 361 and 366 of the Parish of Te Rapa at Mystery Creek; thence Northerly generally along the Western side of the Great South Main Highway to the North Eastern corner of Lot 3 on Deposited Plan Number 7872 of Part Allotment 366 of the Parish of Te Rapa; thence Westerly along the Northern boundary of the said Lot 3 to its North Western corner; thence South Westerly through Lot 4 on Deposited Plan Number 7872 of Part Allotment 366 of the aforesaid Parish to a point intersecting the Eastern boundary of Lot 5 on Deposited Plan 7872 of Allotment Part 366 of the said Parish; thence Southerly for a distance of 3000 links by the Eastern boundary of the last mentioned Lot 5 to its South Eastern corner; thence across the Rukuhia Road to a point in line with the Eastern boundary of the said Lot 5; thence South Westerly along the Southern side of the said road to and across Herman’s Road to the North Western corner of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 14171 of Part Allotments 155, 155 A, 156 and 366 of the Parish aforesaid; thence Southerly along the Eastern boundary of the Railway Reserve to the South Western corner of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan Number 15963 of Part 366 of the said Parish; thence along the Southern boundary of the last mentioned Lot 1 to its South Eastern corner; thence South Easterly to an angle in the Northern boundary of Lot 2 on Deposited Plan Number 12792 of Allotments 165 and Parts 164, 361 and 366 of the said Parish (distance 8768.6 links from the Eastern boundary of the said Railway Reserve along the Northern boundary line of the last mentioned Lot 2); thence Easterly along the Northern boundary of the last mentioned Lot 2 for a distance of 1565.1 links; thence Southerly along a surveyed traverse line shown on Deposited Plan Number .12792 for a distance of 2603.1 links to a point in the Southern boundary of the last mentioned Lot 2 (distance 9800.7 links along the Southern boundary of the said Lot 2 from the Eastern boundary of the said Railway Reserve); thence Easterly along the Southern boundary of the last mentioned Lot 2 to the place of commencement.
