SITTING AT HUNTLY. DANGEROUS DRIVING CHARGE. (Special to Times.) HUNTLY, Friday. On a charge of operating a goods service between EUcrslic and Opotiki without a license, Hudson T. Sailer was convicted and fined 20s, with cosls, in tlie Police Court to-day, before Mr F. It. Levicn, S.M. As a result of a collision between a five sealer sedan car and a light truck at llunlly on May 12, Ihe driver of the car, William Btirnie, a farmer, of 11 unt 1 y West, was charged with dangerous driving, lie was convicted and fined £ i ss.
Charged with theft of a motor-ear hood, valued at £3 15s, Thomas Hurt, a labourer, of Waiknkowni, was convicted ami admitted to probation for twelve months.
