Enforcement of Judgments.— -The Reciprocal Enforcements of Judgments Hill was considered by the House of Representatives at the committee stage last night'. The hill is designed to make heifer provision for the enforcement in New Zealand of .judgmenls given in Ihe United Kingdom or other countries which afford reciprocal Iroatmenl lo judgments given in New Zealand. II also facilitates the enforcement tn oilier countries of .judgments given in New Zealand. Tile hill was read a third time and passed.
