PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.

Dear Boys and Girls, — I promised to tell you about the Word Making- Competition. The boy or girl not over 17 years of age who rorms the greatest number of words to be round in any standard dictionary out of the letters, SPCAJUNIORLEAGUE, will be awarded a prize nr in/-; there will be a second and !a third prize of 5/- and 2/0 respectively. Coimuious are obtainable at S.I’.C.A. stall at the Winter Show or at S.P.C.A. office, Garden Place, and Miss Wittner’s, Victoria Street. Entry fee, Od; members or Junior League, 3d. Papers must bo In by June 30.
