PRICE OF GOLD. DOLLAR FLUCTUATIONS. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright. (Received Nov. 30, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 29. The price of fine gold in London to-day was £0 5s Gd an ounco, unchanged. The dollar is quoted at 5.20 J, as compared with 5.081 yesterday. NEW YORK, Nov. 20. The Administration will- increase the price of gold by 8 cents to-day to 33 dollars 93 cents.
