Never before has Bangkok seen suoh an array of armed force as assembled to meet the possibility of an attack by rebels. Railway communication with the northern capital, Chiengmai, has ceased and armoured cars are guarding the terminus of the railway to the southward. ' The Government has offered a reward of approximately £IOOO for the capture of Prince Bovaradej, the rebel leader. J The country as a whole is understood to be supporting the Government.
