STEAMBOAT TRAGEDY.
CAPSIZE IN HEAVY SEA. S2 REPORTED DROWNED. TOKYO, Oft. 2. A large party of excursionists was coming home from Kumnmoloken yesterday evening when the sleamboat capsized in a heavy sea. EightyIwo people were drowned and 3U were rescued.
