INTERPRETATION OF WILL
SOUGHT IN SUPREME COURT. BEQUEST TO AID ANIMALS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Tuesday. Under the will of Miss Archibella John Wilson, of Auckland, who died last October, the income from £4OOO was bequeathed to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (New Zealand) to he applied to the Auckland Province. There being no such society now existing, the trustees to-day applied to Mr Justice Herdman for an inle/pretation. The parties represented were the Auckland, Whangarei and Waikato Societies, all separate; also the Animal Welfare Society of Auckland. Alter legal argument the hearing was adjourned.
