TOUR OF JAPANESE POSSIBLE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Monday. The Victorian Amateur Athletic Association is negotiating for a tour by Japanese athletes, and the New Zealand Amateur Athletic and Cycling Association this evening had before it a suggestion from the Auckland Centro that Ibe Japanese lie asked to extend their tour to Now Zealand.
