SERIOUS OFFENCES.
MAORI PLEADS GUILTY. (Bv Telegraph.—Press Association.) THAMES, Monday. A Maori, Tirei Browne or Paraone, of Whangapoua, pleaded guilty in the Po'ice Court to two counts of incest. A daughter, aged 13 years, gave cvhlence that accused was the father of her child, born last month. Accused was committed for sentence at the Supreme Court at Auok’and.
