HAMILTON CLUB’S OUTING. VISIT TO BRIDAL VEIL FALLS. Members of the recently-formed Hamilton Tramping Club spent an enjoyable dajr at the Bridal Veil Falls, about three miles from Te Mata, on Sunday. A party of 22 travelled by bus, to Te Mata, and tramped to the falls, where most of the day was spent exploring the surrounding native bush. Some fine views of the West Coast were obtained from various eminences which were scaled. ’ Some of the party went to the foot of the falls, which come over a sheer drop of 196 feet, and several members enjoyed a swim. The trampers lunched at the top of the falls, and spent the afternoon walking through the bush. It is proposed to continue these outings on alternate Sundays.
