WELLINGTON DECISION. I . WELLINGTON, Friday. Increases in the retail prices of petrol will take effect in Wellington to-day, a 1 decision to return to the former rates of Is lOd a gallon for first grade and s Is 9d for second grade having been reached at a meeting of retailers to-day.
