TENNIS.
RUKUHIA CLUB. : THE ANNUAL MEETING.. A successful year was reviewed at the annual meeting of the Rukuhia Lawn Tennis Club last night, and with the club in a sound financial position the prospects for the coming season are very bright. There was a good attendance at the meeting, and general satisfaction with the club’s affairs .was expressed. . The statement of accounts disclosed a credit balance of £24 Is lid, and with the report, was adopted. Tho following officers were elected: —Patron, Mr J. A. Steele; president, . Mr T. J. Healey; vice-presidents, Messrs J. J. Haynes, J. Boyd; secretary, Mr N. Roberts; treasurer, Miss L. Hepburn; committee, Misses N. Hepburn, L. Roper, K. McAuliffe, 1 Messrs S. Roberts, C. Peart, G. Boyd, D. Boyd, J. A. Raynes; delegates to Waipa West Sub-Association, Messrs ’ J. J. Raynes and J. Boyd; club captain aud selector, Mr G. Boyd.
