SMART CAPTURE.
BURGLARS MANHANDLED. ONE KNOCKED 'OUT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday. A smart capture of Iwo burglars early this morning was made by Mr. A. C. Boswell, who was roused by a sound in his bedroom at 4 o’clock. Mr. Boswell knocked one man out, and held the other while bis wife rang the police. As a result Arthur Alfred Stanley, aged 27, and Bruce Anderson, aged 17, of Palmerston North, were charged with alleged burglary and remanded. Two other premises were entered during the night.
