MR LANDER NONPLUSSED. INTRIGUE SUGGESTED. Mr T. E. lander, the representative in Turkey on the Vickers Armstrong Company, whose deportation was announced last week, has arrived here. He says he is nonplussed by his expulsion and suggests that the only reason can bo personal intrigue, hatched against him while on leave in England.
