Opening with an outburst of buying and dosing with an Impressive upward flourish, wheat futures ■oared 9 pents to 9 1-8 oents to-day. The advice of good export business, combined with the reports of frosts and Chicago’s decision to halt further declines, were responsible factors. October deliveries closed at 89 cents, December 90J and May 94J cents. Prices also soared at Chicago.
