PATRIOTIC LOAN.
PLANNED IN CANADA. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. OTTAWA, July 29. The Government is planning a 300,000,000-dollar patriotic loan at 3A per cent., upon the return of Hie Prime Minister, Mr R. B. Bennett, from London. It proposes to appeal to Canadians along the same lines as in the Victory issues during the war. Short-term bonds will be issued in small denominations.
