THE AUOKLAND MARKETB. VALUES FULY MAINTAINED. (By Telegraph.—Special do Times.) AUCKLAND, Saturday. As is usual with the only call on Saturday bidding was comparatively quiet, but late values were fully maintained.

In the insurance section New Zealands made further gains, \yith buyers at £2 12s, holders asking Is more. Interest in mining was well sustainde. Blackwaters made a fresh move upward with buyers at 275. Wailiis were again in request at £1 3s 3d, and Nokomais were wanted at 4s sd. There was a good demand for Government stocks, but buyers for 34 per cents dropped their offers to £99 12s 6d. SALES RECORDED. (By Telegraph.—Press association.) AUCKLAND, Saturday. The following sales were recorded by brokers this morning;— Golden- Dawn, 2s 6d. National Insurance, 17s. South British Insurance, £3 10s. Government Stock, 1955, 4 per cent., £IOO 10s. Newmarket 5$ per cent, debentures, £lO2 ss. Renown Collieries (new preference), 9d.
