THE AUCKLAND MARKETS. WEEK OPENS QUIETLY. (Uy Telegraph.—Special to Times.) AUCKLAND, Monday. The first call of the week opened quietly. The hanking section was easier, with fewer buyers offering. New Zealatuls were in steady request at the 10 o’clock call at £2 7s 9d, but Commercials sold lower at ills. Insurances and Government stocks were unchanged. In the mining section buyers for Alexanders dropped out, and Wafhis were easier with sellers at £1 Is Bdin the miscellaneous sections there were fewer changes, brokers being satisfied to reinstate 'the week-end quota! ions.
