OTOROHANGA CLUB. THE ANNUAL MEETING. At the annual meeting of the Otorohanga Bowling Clubs the election of officers resulted: Patron, Mr Robert Green; president, Mr Walter Bluck; senior vice-president, Mr E. W. Tozer (Kio Kio) ; vice-presidents, Messrs J. Sing ('Kio Kio) and Walter Bowyer (Te' Itaumauku) ; secretary, Mr H. W. Atkinson; execeutive committee, Messrs Murray Pratt, J. Turnbull, C. Langkllde and V. Landman; green superintendent, Mr Gerald Jackson; match committee, Messrs P. H. Rowe (Kio Kio), M. Pratt and G. A. Jackson; auditor, Mr E. TGorton; delegates to South Auckland Bowling Club, Messrs W. Bluok and P. H. Rowe.
The delegates were instructed to oppose the remit whioh proposed that the centre should have no jurisdiction over Sunday games or field pastimes. The balance-sheet showed a small credit balance. THAMES CLUB. QUESTION OF SUNDAY PLAY. THAMES, Friday. The question of Sunday play, which has been the subject of much controversy among members of the Thames Bowling Club, was raised at the annual meeting. A decision for the coming season is lo be made by circular vote among members.
