The International Rotary Convention to-day, received into perpetual possession, a silken banner bearing the emblem of the Rotary Club, Wellington, New Zealand, which was presented by Mr T. C. List, who said he hoped it would symbolise the bond of friendship between Rotarians in this land and the Dominion.
