DAMAGE NOT STATED. Unites Press Assn.—Eiec. Tel. Copyright. BRISBANE, May 22. The steamer Dalcroy went ashore at Dove Islet, a little to the north-east of Thursday Island on Saturday. A wireless message received to-day states that the vessel has been refloated and is now en route to Thursday Island. Tlie extent of the damage is not staled, but the forepart of the ship is apparently holed, as an earlier message stated the vessel was aground from the stem to about the foremast and was making water in the forepart and No. 1 hold.

It is probable that the Dalcroy will proceed to Sydney for repairs.
