FARMERS’ UNION.
MORRINBVILLE BRANCH. There was a record attendance of over 60 farmers at the May meeting of the Moi—insville branch of the Farmers’ Union. Mr Pierson. <c/f the Waikato Pig Recording Club, spoke for ..nearly three hours on the efforts of the club to assist farmers to raise pigs more pr&’fltably. A vote of thanks was accorded the lecturer, on the motion of the president of the branch, Mr R. A. S. Browne.
