’QUAKE IN ’FRISCO.
A BTRONG SHOCK.
FEW WINDOWS BROKEN.
(Reoelved May 17, 9.50 a.m.) SAN FRANCISCO, May 16. A strong earthquake shock was felt at 3.45 a.m. to-day. A few windows were broken. Furniture and windows rattled in Stockton, 75 miles to the east, and at Santa Rosa, 50 miles to the north, street' lights were extinguished.
