ECHO OF SHOOTING CASE.
ILLEGALLY ON PREMISES

Au echo of a recent shooting ease at the residence of Mrs. Myrtle Long, at Cashmere Hills, was heard by Mr. Mosley to-day, when Arthur Henry Way ( f > fi), salesman, was charged with being found without lawful excuse on the promises of Mrs. Long.
lie was convicted and ordered to' come up if called upon on special condilions attached.
Mrs. Long gave evidence that Way had pestered and blackmailed her, and she shot him when lie refused to 80.
