GREAT EASTER ART UNION
PLANS OF THE WINNER.
MAY TAKE TRIP TO AMERICA
TUAKAU, Monday.
The winner of the first prize in the “Great Easter” art union, Mr A; H. Tapper, is single and 62 years of age. He is well known in sporting circles and is vice-president of the Franklin Racing Club.
“Perhaps I shall be able to take a long-wanted trip to America now,” said Mr Tapper. Apart from a £5 prize I once drew in a sweepstake, this is the first time luck has ever smiled on me in this way—and I must say it has reserved a very nice surprise for me. I have been overwhelmed by congratulations."
