REDUCTIONS IN TARIFFS.

Two treaties between Canada and. Franco were signed in the office of Right Hon. R. B. Bennett to-day, pro-' viding for ’a reduction in the tariff barriers between the two countries. The possible benefits under the reductions will principally affect the wheat and canned salmon tariffs, so far as Canada is concerned.
