It is now confirmed, according tc reports from Kabul, that the Moslem revolt in Chinese Turkestan has been completely successful: Chinese mile ended with the capture of Kashgar after fierce fighting. The Chinese, whose main strength was occupied in the war with Japan, could spare only a small force in a last-minute effort to stem the Moslem advance. This was routed.
