PRISONERS IN RUSSIA.

OFFICIAL VISIT. RECEIVING GOOD TREATMENT. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. MOSCOW, April 25. The British Charge d’Affairs, Mr W. Strang, acting under this authority, to-day visited Messrs Thornton and MacDonald, who are sharing a well-lit ceil in the hospital quarters of tlte prison. Both are in excellent health, especially Thornton, and obviously they are receiving preferential treatment.

The chief of the Moscow prisons explained that the two prisoners probably will be given the task of teaching engineering. Soviet law prevents another visit by Embassy officials for 10 days.
