Driving Past Stook. —Complaints that many motorists drove carelessly when passing stock on the road were received at Monday's meeting of the Waipa County Council. Mr T. Grant, county clerk, read the regulations which made it compulsory for motorists to stop until cattle had keen driven past. It was decided to Tj°tify the trafllo inspector to prosecute in the case of breaches of the regulation. From Hie dregs of our faults and failures, And tlie sins which the wisest shun.
