TASTY PUDDINGS.
Baked Jam Pudding. Slices of bread, a little margarine, jam, 1 egg, 1 pint of milk, 1 tablespoonful of sugar. Fill a pic-dish with bread spread with margarine and jam, and made into finger sandwiches. Beat the egg wllh the milk, sweeten with the sugar, and pour over the bread. Let it stand for a couple of hours, and bake in a moderate oven. Sultana Pudding. Half lb self-raising (lour, 2oz sugar, 3oz sultanas, 1 pint of milk, 1 egg, a pinch of salt. Mix Hour, salt, sugar and sultanas well in a bowl. Make a hollow in the centre, break the egg into it, add Hie milk by degrees, stirring ail with a wooden spoon to a smooth paste. Bake in a greased disli in a moderate oven. II will lake about an hour.
