MOTOR VAN CAPSIZES.
ROLLS DOWN A BANK.
DRIVER’S LUCKY ESCAPE. A narrow escape from serious injury was experienced by Mr W. Wishart, baker’s assistant, of Frankton, when the motor-van he was driving capsized and rolled down a bank in Maeroa Street. The van escaped severe damage, but Mr Wishart ‘suffered shock and a bruise on the head. He recovered soon afterwards. It is understood that at the time Mr Wishart was making room for another vehicles to pass when his van went off the road.
