Stated to have had 22 children, of whom 21 died in babyhood from tuberculosis, Mrs Mary Aim Madge (691, of Grundy Street, Poplar, died in Ending Hospital from disinfectant poisoning. It was slated at the inquest that the one survivor of her large family was killed in (he war and Hint, she had been depressed ever since. The coroner returned a verdict of “ suicide while of unsound mind."
