MORRINSVILLE NEWS.
CROQUET AFTERNOON. The honorary members of the Morrinsville Croquet Club were the guests of honour at an afternoon given by members at the lawns on Saturday. The prizes won during the afternoon were presented by the president, Mrs T. E. Martin, as follows:—Golf croquet, Mrs A. G. Crowe; target croquet-, Mrs Abel; clock golf, Mrs Aitken. PERSONAL. Mr and Mrs F. A. Hanan are on holiday at Mercury Bay. Miss E. Moody is on holiday at Tauranga. Mrs R. J. Mulcahy and her moliter, Mrs B. Verner, arc visiting Auckland. Mr and Mrs V. Sims, of Otorohanga, have been visiting Mrs G. Howie. Miss A. Rutland has returned from a holiday at Tauranga. Miss C. Cranston has returned from a holiday at Puru, Thames coast. Misses M. Reynolds and T. Young have returned from a holiday at Auckland. Miss P. Hunt is visiting Auckland.
