MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
SITTING AT NGARUAWAHIA. At the monthly sitting of the Magistrate’s Court at Ngaruawahla Ah Sing was fined £5, with costs, for dangerous driving, and £1 for driving without a license. J. .!. Canning sued R. XXL Mcllarrie for £5 2s Gd for balance of wages alleged to lie owing. Tiie Court awarded tiie plaintiff £2 4s 2d. Frank Jarvis pleaded guilty to a charge of stealing a bottle of whisky from the XX’aipa Hotel. Accused was admitted to probation for twelve months.
