Herr von Hitler, the Leader of the Nazis, has declined to .co-operate with General Schleicher's new Cabinet. General Schleicher has undertaken to form a Gablnet, which probably will include Dr. von Ne-urath as Foreign Minister.
General Schleicher intends to adopt a policy of compromise abandoning his ideas for revising the constitution, in the hope of averting open hostility with the Reichstag.
