EXCHANGE PROBLEM.
(To the Editor.) gj r After reading your leader end views on exchange I felt much impressed. To my mind the remedy seems easy—and there need be absolutely no undue alarm with it. A we need is a “try out.” We still ha to go carefully, and on the following we could not lose much either waynamely, go up 5 per cent., making la■ per cent., say, for a three-months term; then drop 7 per cent, for the ensuing three-months term, making[it 8 nor cent.
