ILLICIT LIQUOR.
TAXI PROPRIETOR CONVICTED. A FLAGRANT CASE. (By Tolec-fflnh. — Press Association./ INVERCARGILL, Thursday. For selling to a country constable a bottle of whisky, for which £1 was charged, a taxi proprietor, George Russell Harvey, was lined £SO. The magistrate remarked that the offence was flagrant in view of the previous raids made on the premises.
