DANGEROUS PRACTICE
LORRY DRIVER FINED. RAGLAN DEVIATION INCIDENT. “ This man was driving iiis car on its wrong side, of Die road—-a dangerous 111 ini? for him lo ho doing.’ remarked Mr. W'yvern Wilson, S.M., in the Hamilton Magist rale's Court, ycslerday, in eonvicling and lining Herbert William Lee, ‘ids with costs, £1 I is, on a charge of dangerous driving on the Raglan Deviation. Evidence was given by Mr. G. de Yore Chilly and a passenger in his car which met defendant’s lorry on a hemi on the deviation. An accident was only narrowly averted. The. lorry was "hugging” Hie bank un its wrong tide of the road.
