KINGSFORD SMITH’S PLAN ARRANGED FOR JANUARY 12. TO CARRY TWO PASSENGERS. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright, SYDNEY, Nov. 30. Providing the weather reports are favourable, Sir Charles Klngsford Smith will commenoe his flight to New Zealand at 2 a.m. on January 12 from Gerrlngong Beach, on tho south coast. It Is hoped to Instal apparatus on the Southern Cross enabling wireiess telephony to be carried on during the flight. Sir Charles stated that he will probably carry two passengers.
