No person who has at any time since the passing of the Gaming and Lotteries Act Amendment Act, 1903 followed the occupation of a Bookmaker or Bookmaker’s Clerk, no disqualified or undesirable person, will lie admitted to the Racecourse during the Summer Meeting, and any such person is found on such Course, ne will be removed therefrom and prosecuted for trespass.
