AT FRANKTON YARDS

SHEEP QUOTATIONS FIRMER. There was a good yarding of ox beef at the weekly stock sale at the Frankton yards yesterday and late quotations ruled. Cow and heifer beef also came forward in well up to average numbers but last week s increased quotations were not maintained. Sheep came forward in well up to average numbers and values were firmer. Cattle: A heavier yarding of 'cattle came forward, with ox beef penned in larger numbers than last week; quotations remained unchanged.
