GARDEN PARTY. j A garden party for assisting funds of the Knox Presbyterian Church was held on Saturday by the Young Women's Bible Class Club. Airs Arndt lent her garden for tho function and i very enjoyable time was spent by members and their friends. \A inncrs at the competitions were: Nail-driving, Mrs R. McLachlan; clock golf, Air r. R. Wilson; target croquet, Aliss D Bright; best article made from sugar nags, Aliss G. Starke first, Aliss J. Fagan, second. Afternoon tea was served by the club members.
