SUSPENSION MOVEMENT. VOTE IN CONGRESS NEXT WEEK. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright. L WASHINGTON, Nov. 2b. The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr J. N. Gainer, announced to-day that he would recognise a motion to suspend the rules for a vote on a resolution to repeal the Eighteenth Amendment on the first day of the coming session of Congress (December 15). Mr Garner said both parties had demanded the opportunity to vote on the motion and lie was going to let them have it.
