LOCAL OBSERVATIONS. Miss Budd, of Balfour M. Irvine and Webster, Ltd., supplies the following observations of the weather: — Barometer. Monday 30.05 Thermometer. Max. Min. Sunday 79.0 58.0 The barometer has a rising tendency and reads 30.05. Indications are for fair to cloudy weather today, with brisk winds from a northerly direction and scattered showers and seasonable temperature. 0.21 points of rain fell during the past 24 hours. Mean temperature 68.5 degrees. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day are for fair to cloudy weather and probably warmer temperatures. ' Barometer, little movement.
